Ingredients

1 tablespoon tahini

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

1/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Ice for iced version


Instructions

1. Brew coffee or espresso.

2. Whisk tahini, milk, sweetener, and sea salt until creamy.

3. Pour the warm mixture into the brewed coffee and stir.
