Description

A refreshing, non-alcoholic drink made with strawberries and green tea—perfect for light sipping any time of day.

Ingredients

Scale

2 green tea bags or 1 tbsp loose green tea

1 cup hot water

½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced

1 tbsp honey or agave (optional)

½ tbsp lemon juice (optional)

Ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

1. Brew green tea by steeping tea bags in hot water for 3–4 minutes, then cool to room temperature.

2. Muddle the strawberries in a glass or pitcher to release their juice.

3. Stir in honey and lemon juice if using.

4. Pour cooled green tea over the strawberry mixture and mix well.

5. Fill a glass with ice, pour the mocktail over it, and garnish with mint.

Notes

You can use frozen strawberries for convenience—they also help chill the drink faster.

Adjust sweetness to taste or try maple syrup as an alternative sweetener.

Add sparkling water for a fizzy version of this mocktail.
