Ingredients
1 cup warm filtered water
½ fresh lemon, juiced
¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
(Optional) 1 teaspoon raw honey
(Optional) 2 slices fresh ginger
(Optional) Few mint leaves
(Optional) 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1. Warm a cup of filtered water until it’s comfortably hot to sip.
2. Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon.
3. Add ¼ teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt.
4. Stir until fully dissolved.
5. Optionally, add honey, ginger, mint, or apple cider vinegar for flavor and support.
6. Drink slowly on an empty stomach before breakfast.
