Description

Ingredients
½ cup strong brewed coffee (chilled)
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp honey or sugar (optional)
Pinch of salt
Ice cubes
Instructions
1. Brew your coffee and let it chill.
2. In a glass, combine lemon juice, sweetener, and salt.
3. Add ice cubes and pour in the chilled coffee.
4. Stir gently and adjust sweetness to taste.
5. Serve immediately with a lemon wedge if desired.
Notes
For a fizzy version, top with sparkling water.
Try hot by using fresh brewed coffee and warm lemon juice.
