Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Frozen Bananas
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Medjool Date, pitted
  • 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender, starting with the coffee first, then the frozen banana, protein powder, pitted Medjool date, pumpkin seeds, and almond butter.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape the sides if necessary.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy, optionally topping with extra pumpkin seeds or a dusting of cinnamon.
