A simple, revitalizing drink that combines ginger, lemon, and apple cider vinegar to boost metabolism and awaken your senses.

- 1 piece ginger (4-inch piece), sliced
- 4 cups filtered water
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Pinch cayenne pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Make the infused water: Slice ginger and add to a water jug. Pour in filtered water and add cinnamon stick. Place in the fridge to steep overnight.
- In the morning, add lemon juice to a cup. Add apple cider vinegar and 1 to 2 oz. of the infused water. Add cayenne pepper to taste.
- Stir gently and taste. Adjust with more water if necessary.
- Drink slowly to savor the warmth.
Notes
Use filtered water for the best flavor. Fresh ginger and cinnamon provide a richer taste than ground spices.
